Sunset Heating and Cooling is top notch! Today we experienced the much dreaded sump pump failure with water overflowing at a high rate. I immediately contacted Chris for help. He quickly dispatched John to our home to assess the situation and fix the issue. John arrived very quickly as my wife was attempting to keep up with the water with the Wet/Dry vac. as I was at work trying to get home as quickly as possible. John immediately addressed the problem, replaced the sump pump, and stopped the water flow. He was extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Chris from Sunset Heating & Cooling to perform work in your home! I had a house built 4 years ago that has a separate heating/air unit for the upstairs and it was never performing well from the beginning. After giving up on the builder to make it right, we have worked with 2 other heating/air companies that really convinced us they knew what was wrong and charged a nice price for it.....well they failed us. NOT THIS TIME, for the third time was a charm as the moment Chris met my husband and I, he talked out how the unit should have been laid out and what we actually have. He walked thru every inch under the roof line to see exactly where our builder failed us and came to a conclusion to fix that has us working in less than 2 hours. Very trustworthy, professional and knows his business very well!
